Construction is set to begin on Tiara on the Beach, a luxury Gulf-front condominium project located at 10525 San Luis Pass Road on Galveston’s West End.
The 10-story development by Houston-based Satya Inc. will feature 63 high-end units with expansive outdoor terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private elevators for most residences.
Prices range from $1.2 million to $3.5 million, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans starting at approximately 1,600 square feet. The top floor will house seven exclusive penthouses.
Amenities include an infinity-edge pool, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a wine-tasting lounge, a game room, and private beach access. Outdoor facilities will also feature a pickleball court, jogging trail, and grilling area.
The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024, with construction expected to take 24 to 30 months. The development marks a significant addition to the West End, spurring additional projects in the area, including an adjacent 80-unit condo tower and a $250 million mixed-use development.
